We are an independent Jiu Jitsu team located in the south of Mexico close to Picacho-Ajusco. We focus on modern nogi because it represents the latest evolution of Jiu Jitsu. Our classes are safe and friendly for all students.
What is Modern Jiu-Jitsu?
Modern Jiu-Jitsu is the latest evolution in Jiu JItsu. It differs from "old school" Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in that it isn't afraid to adapt. Instead, it focuses on high percentage concepts, strategies, and techniques first thus making it more effective. Modern Jiu Jitsu has been proven in top level competition and can be considered the "cutting edge" of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students learn faster and are more effective in combat.
